Our POM Postdoc published in POM!
An article co-authored by Henrik Franke appeared in Production and Operations Management, a top journal ranked in the Financial Times 50 and UT Dallas ranking lists.
The article is co-authored by Henrik and his colleages Stephanie Eckerd (University of Tennessee) and Kai Foerstl (EBS University) and focuses on status conflict in sourcing teams. They find that, when decisions need to be taken quickly, teams that have two elements commonly known to disturb teams, can enable them to avoid conflicts over who is in charge: goal misalignment and a dominance-seeking team member.
