The Chair of POM welcomes Dr. Mark Grothkopp as a new Senior Researcher from January 2025. He will work as a Director for the joint industry collaboration together with the Division Production Management at the Institute of Technology Management, University St.Gallen.

Our collaborative study with LMU shows that integrating explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) into human workflows significantly enhances task performance in both manufacturing and medical settings.
