We just returned from an insightful strategy tour to Milan, where we enjoyed an academic exchange with POLIMI, a factory visit to Maserati, and dedicated strategy sessions.
Partnering with the esteemed Polytechnic University of Milan (POLIMI), we compared notes with colleagues at POLIMI. This collaboration fostered in-depth discussions and knowledge-sharing on key operations management topics. This academic exchange fueled our drive for operational excellence and equipped us with a fresh perspective on tackling operational challenges.
