Omid Maghazei defends his doctoral thesis
On May 11, Omid successfully defended his thesis on Drones in Manufacturing: Opportunities and Challenges.
Omid defended his thesis online in front of the committee: Prof. Dr. Michael Lewis (University of Bath), Prof. Dr. Elgar Fleisch, and the main supervisor Prof. Dr. Torbjørn Netland.
In his dissertation, Omid summarizes the applications, benefits, and challenges of drones in manufacturing industries in general, the petrochemical industry, as well as factories.
