New Postdoctoral Researcher
The Chair of POM welcomes Mr. Henrik Franke as a new Postdoctoral Researcher from December 2019.
Henrik adds to the chair of POM with his expertise on behavioral decision making in teams regarding firms’ operations and value chains. His research is particularly focused on the challenges inherent to overcoming cross-functional boundaries and managing internal collaboration.
He obtained his doctorate with highest distinction in May 2019 from EBS Business School and joins ETH from GGS Heilbronn, where he worked as research associate. Henrik also holds degrees in business administration from EBS Business School and industrial engineering from the University of Wuppertal.
Henrik’s scholarly contributions have been published in internationally recognized journals and were awarded for their excellence at several international conference meetings. He received recognitions as high-quality referee and currently serves as (junior) editorial review board member for IJOPM and JSCM.
In his free time, Henrik enjoys football and mountain hiking, now especially in the Swiss Alps!
