Prof. Katharina Hölzle held the POM Network Abendgespräch Keynote 2024
Many thanks to Prof. Hölzle, Professor for Technology Management & Human Factors, IAT University of Stuttgart; Director at Fraunhofer IAO, for the interesting keynote titled "Bridging the Skilled Labor Gap in Manufacturing".
During the successful "Abendgespräch" we discussed how to bridge the skilled labor gap in manufacturing, focusing particularly on AI upskilling in manufacturing. Hölzle shared good examples, from traveling VW buses teaching SMEs new technologies to VR applications in the industrial metaverse.
Of course we concluded the event with a nice Apéro!
