Prof. Netland holds keynote at global Shingo conference
On August 4, Prof. Netland joins a small selection of global thought leaders on operational excellence when he holds a keynote in the Embrace Scientific Thinking Conference by the Shingo Institute.

The other academic speakers are Prof. Steven Spear (MIT), Prof. Peter Ward (Ohio State University), Prof. Jeff Liker (University of Michigan), and Prof. Peter Hines (Waterford Institute of Technology).
Netland will present the work that recently won the Shingo Research Award 2020: The S-curve Theory of lean implementation. The S-curve research was a cooperation between Netland, Kasra Ferdows at Georgetown University, Washington D.C., and the Volvo Group. In his keynote, he will reveal essential insights on how to succeed with operational excellence programs and manage through the four maturity stages of a lean transformation.
